• Get your license and provide referrals to us. With your license we are able to split commissions with you. We assign a partner agent who manages and advises your client. You simply provide contact information and your partner does the rest. For example, on a typical referral of a professional client you may earn $1000 upfront and residuals of $50 per year for ten years. With this option, you do not provide advice or sell products to your clients, you simply introduce your client to your partner agent. Introductions lead to satisfied clients which generate income for us allowing us to pay you well.
• We provide income opportunities by developing Insurance Agencies. We apply our 30 year experience, training and formal education to develop your insurance business. We use a simple model:
  • WE SHOW YOU: We show you how to become successful in the insurance business by making sure the "system" you develop for your business fits with your personality, goals and relationships.
  • WE SUPPORT YOU: We provide ongoing mentorship, advice and collaboration.
  • YOU SHOW US: You show us you have got a good handle on the businesses by developing expertise in one or more areas of the business.
  • YOU TEACH ONE: You show us you have a good handle on the business by mentoring a new business.
  • YOU TEACH MANY: You recruit and teach others to do the same.
